Return Policies

We hope you love your purchase from KatyLoo! However, we understand that sometimes items may not work or you may change your mind. Please read carefully our in-store and online return policies.  NO EXCEPTIONS

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at jen@katyloo.com or visit the store.  All claims must be made within 3 days of receipt. After 3 days we are unable to issue a refund or offer exchanges.

IN STORE -

  • Item(s) may be exchanged in store within 14 days of original purchase. 
  • Returned items must be unworn with tags attached. Upon inspection we reserve the right to refuse a refund based on the condition of returned item(s).
  • The following items are final sale: accessories, jewelry, undergarments, shoes, scarves, hats and sale items. 
  • Any items purchased at a discounted price are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. (e.g. promotional sale/coupon)

ONLINE -

  • Item(s) may be exchanged/returned within 14 days of receiving.
  • Buyer is responsible for all shipping fees.
  • Items must be unworn with tags. We inspect all returns and reserve the right to refuse a refund based on the condition of returned item(s).
  • We appreciate customers returning clothing as it was purchased (neat and tidy). We reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee for items that will require ironing.
  • The following items are final sale: accessories,  jewelry, shoes, undergarments, scarves, hats and sale.
