If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org. All claims must be made within 5 days of receipt. After 5 days we unable to issue a refund or offer exchanges.
Buyer is responsible for all shipping fees. All items must be returned unworn with tags. We inspect all returns and reserve the right to refuse a refund based on the condition of returned item(s).

- worn, washed or altered items
